  • Designed and implemented new college preparation and retention program for 50 students resulting in college retention of 96% of participants while raising expectations for student achievement.

  • Managed program expenditures for $600K grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

  • Designed and launched successful peer tutoring program, first of its kind agency-wide of services; trained education team in college counseling content and approach.

  • Led cross-department collaboration to produce quantitative and qualitative evaluation and reports.
